Terms of service

1. Who we are

WorkDrop, referred to as “we” below, runs this service. You can reach us at support@localhost.

2. What WorkDrop is

WorkDrop lists small, clearly priced tasks that brands want done on social media, such as leaving a comment, replying to a thread or sharing a post. Members complete tasks from their own accounts, submit proof, and are paid the listed reward once the proof is approved. WorkDrop is a marketplace for these tasks; it is not an employer, and completing tasks does not create an employment relationship.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to receive payments in your country.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in details private; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
• The social media accounts you use for tasks must be yours and must follow the rules of each platform.

4. Tasks, proof and approval

• Every task shows its reward and instructions before you accept it. Follow the instructions as written.
• Proof means a link to what you actually posted. Submitting proof for work you did not do, using bots, fake accounts or bought engagement, or posting content that breaks a platform’s rules is grounds for rejection and account closure.
• We review proof and either approve it or send it back with a note. You can fix and resubmit a returned task. Rejected tasks are not paid.
• Brands may withdraw a task before you submit proof. Tasks you have already submitted are still reviewed.

5. Rewards and payouts

• Rewards are shown in US dollars and are added to your earnings when a task is approved.
• Payouts go to the bank account (IBAN), Wise or PayPal account you add on the Payouts page. Currency conversion and any fees charged by the payout provider are shown before you confirm and are deducted from the amount you receive.
• You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn. We may ask for identification or tax information where the law requires it.
• We may hold or reverse a payout if the underlying proof turns out to be fraudulent.

6. Content you post

What you post on social media while completing a task is your own statement. Only post what you are willing to stand behind, and disclose paid content where the platform or the law requires it. You must not post anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harassing, even if a task asks for it; report such a task to us instead.

7. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us; approved earnings are still paid out. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may withhold rewards for tasks that turn out to be fraudulent.

8. Liability

WorkDrop is provided as is. We do not promise a particular volume of tasks or earnings, and we are not liable for actions a social media platform takes against your account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell you in the app about changes that matter. Continuing to use WorkDrop after a change means you accept the new terms.
